Simple and fair pre nup (Prenuptial agreement)
What ever wealth I come to this marriage with remains mine. What ever wealth we accumulate during our marriage is ours. If we ever separate we will share this wealth lovingly and willingly half and half. That is 50% each. Half to husband half to wife.
If we should ever separate neither of us will be obligated to support the other,in any way, neither of us will have to financially support the other after a separation.
We united in love we hope love will unite us eternally, but if this is not our destiny, we hope and pray we can part as friends, and no harm is done.
